NABT, a nonprofit association established in 1982, initially focused on the needs of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees but has since expanded its mission to include Chapter 11 and Subchapter V trustees. Through education, communication, and promotion, NABT continues to be the leading voice of the Chapter 7 and Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee community, advocating for the effectiveness and integrity of the bankruptcy system as a whole.

John’s election to the NABT Board of Directors is a testament to his dedication, expertise, and leadership in the field of bankruptcy law. We are confident that he will make significant contributions to NABT’s mission and the broader trustee community.
