The North Carolina State Bar Council confirmed his reappointment at its quarterly meeting on July 25, 2025, for a new three-year term beginning September 1, 2025, and ending August 31, 2028.

The Board of Legal Specialization works to recognize attorneys who have demonstrated proficiency in select areas of law, promoting high standards of practice and professionalism across the state.
