The National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) stands as the premier organization dedicated to the Chapter 7, 11, and Subchapter V Trustee community. NABT’s annual conference is a cornerstone event, offering unrivaled education, invaluable networking opportunities, and indispensable solutions to enhance the professional expertise of trustees and their colleagues.

The 2024 Annual Conference will take place from August 18 to 21 at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville, TN. DHW is proud to announce that our own John Bircher will be sharing his expertise in two insightful panels.

On August 20, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, John will present “Converted Cases/What Now?”—a session tailored for Trustee Assistants, focusing on the complexities of managing a converted Chapter 11 case as a Chapter 7 Trustee.

On August 21, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, he will participate in the “Ethics – Shark Tank” panel. In this engaging format, trustees will pitch ethical dilemmas and their resolutions to a panel of judges, who will evaluate and provide feedback in a style reminiscent of the popular show “Shark Tank.”
