Jeff Wolfe advises startups, small businesses, and middle market companies on a variety of business legal needs, including entity formation, day-to-day contracts, private securities offerings, and complex mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to providing legal services, Jeff enjoys mentoring business leaders and serves a mentor with various entrepreneurial incubators and accelerators, including Winston Starts, Velocity, and Kinetic, and he serves as a counselor with the Forsyth Tech Small Business Center.

Since 2021, Jeff has served on the school board for Redeemer School in Winston-Salem, NC. From 2015 to 2021, Jeff served on the Board of Directors for JusticeMatters, a non-profit that provides empowering legal services to protect children and help survivors of human trafficking and other trauma rebuild their lives.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittaney, and their four children, and his family is active in their church, Two Cities Church.
