Attorney Joseph J. Vonnegut’s practice areas include military law, civil litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy.
Joe’s experience in the U.S. Army JAG Corps armed him with the ability to get to the bottom of any dispute quickly and efficiently, a valuable tool when working in civil litigation. Joe believes that representing both creditors’ rights and bankruptcy clients gives him a different perspective on these cases.
“You can never look at a case from just one angle. You need to understand all sides of each case. That way, you have a better chance of delivering a desirable outcome for your clients,” he says.
In his off-time, Joe serves as Chairman of the Board for the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra.
