Justin counsels clients on commercial real estate and business matters.  His real estate practice includes representing clients in purchase and sale transactions, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.  Justin also represents business owners and entrepreneurs in matters ranging from entity selection and formation, daily management and operation, licensure compliance, asset dispositions, to owner dissociation and dissolution.  While his legal career began representing clients in commercial real transactions and related entity formation matters, his practice expanded over the years to include matters ranging from general civil litigation to beverage licensing for hospitality ventures.  Justin draws on this broad experience to provide practical counsel and help clients limit potential future conflicts, achieve their goals, and resolve disputes outside of the traditional litigation process.
